Carole A. Lutte is the instrumental director at Easton Area High School in Easton, Pennsylvania. Ms. Lutte has just completed her twentieth year of teaching. She received her BS in Music Education (1985) and her Masters in Music Education (1992) from West Chester University, West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Lutte is a Past President of District 10 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, Past Secretary for NSOA, currently the Orchestra Region Chair Person for District 10, the Pennsylvania Representative for the John Philip Sousa Foundation Honors Band, and member of IAJE. She has received the Outstanding Teacher Award in 1992 from Lehigh University, she was nominated for the Who’s Who of American Women, and Who’s Who in American Education.
Ms. Lutte has guest conducted the PMEA All-Star Intermediate String Festival and has adjudicated numerous marching and jazz band festivals. Her teaching duties at Easton Area High School are Concert Band, Symphony Orchestra, String Ensemble, Jazz Band, Jazz Theory Courses and the pit orchestra for the school musical. Ms. Lutte is married to David Hendricks and has two children, Taylor and Michaela.
