Dale Alan Davidson received the Bachelor of Music Education degree from Kent State University in 1977 and the Master of Music education degree from Akron University in 1987. He has completed multiple post graduate hours with Kent State University, Ashland College, and Walsh University. Since 1994 he has held the responsibilty of Department Head of Performing Arts and Instrumental Music Director with the Green Local School District in Green, Ohio. He served as the Instrumental Music Director and Supervisor with the Springfield Local District in Akron, Ohio from 1981 until 1994. In 1992 he was selected as the Outstanding Educator of the Springfield Local Schools by the Parent Teacher Association. He has been selected into Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. His band was voted the “Most Popular” marching band in a five county region by the readers of the Akron Beacon Journal. Additionally, they performed in the Cotton Bowl Parade in 1992.
