Bud McCormick has been Band Director at Jackson Memorial High School, in Jackson, New Jersey since 1983. Over that time period, the band has performed at many prestigious events including:

The Jaguar Band has competed in the US Bands Marching Band Circuit, as well
as USSBA, EMBA, TOB. They have won many prestigeous awards including:
Espirit de Corps Awards at Nationals (twice)
The Cadets High General Effect award at Nationals (twice)
Mr. McCormick has be honored as "Distinguised Teacher of the Year" by the NJMEA
Mr. McCormick has been selected to the "National High School Band Director's Hall of Fame"
Bud McCormick has served as the band director at Jackson Memorial High School, Jackson, New Jersey since 1983. He has been named to Who's Who Among America's Teachers - 10 times. Under his direction, the Jaguar Band has performed at many events including: Inaugural Parade for George W. Bush, Normandy-France: D-Day Invasion 50th anniversary, Hula Bowl - Waikiki, Hawaii, Tournament of Roses Parade - Pasadena, California, 4 Ticker Tape Parades – NY Yankees, Ticker Tape Parade – NY Giants, On the Conan O Brien Show, with Dolly Parton-Radio City Music Hall, Thanksgiving Day Parade- Philadelphia, Cherry Blossom Parade - Washington DC, and over 300 HS football games. A graduate of Kean University, he has performed with the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps. He is the first person ever to win a DCI 1974 and DCA 1980 Title in Drum Corps History.
Harold J. McCormick
Started his Musical career in 1963 by marching in the Harmony Drum Corps from Boonton, NJ and taking trumpet lessons that year as well.

2013 First High School Band Director ever to participate in the Tournament of Roses Parade and the Presidential Inaugural in the same year.
2013 Congressman Chris Smith – Washington DC, flew an American Flag in honor of the
Jackson Memorial Jaguar Band and our Band staff. Mr. McCormick and the Jaguar Band also had this honor in 2005, when the Jaguar Band performed at the George W. Bush Presidential Inaugural Parade.
